Commission Process

  • Inquiry

    We start with a conversation about your vision, size, style, inspiration, intended space, and any special details you want included.

  • Concept

    Based on what we discuss, I create a set of initial design concepts or sketches to give a clear visual direction for the board and overall composition.

  • Scope

    Standard designs start at $2k

    Each piece is priced individually based on size, design, direction, and chosen materials

  • Refinement

    Once you choose the concept that resonates most, we refine the final details together, including framing and presentation.

  • Deposit

    After the design and frame are finalized, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in my production schedule.

  • Build Phase

    Once production begins, you’ll receive updates throughout the shaping and construction process so you can follow along as the piece comes to life

  • Final Payment

    When the piece is complete:

    — The remaining 50% balance is due
    — Shipping costs (if applicable) are paid before delivery
    The finished surfboard artwork is then delivered or shipped to you.

  • Communication

    I’m always happy to answer questions, make small refinements, and ensure the final piece feels perfect before moving forward.
